I wanted to drop you this note to let you know what exceptional service I received this week from your Valet people.
I was facilitating a workshop for the VA in your hotel all week, so I had to come and go several times during each day. The young men who helped me with my car were always courteous, generous, polite, well mannered, chivalrous and more than efficient. They called me by name and remembered me each time they saw me.
Since these men are the first people that your customers see when coming into your hotel, they are immediate ambassadors for the whole “Hotel Monaco” experience. The instantly make your hotel shine!

I am an older fellow (82) and killed my right knee early in October. I seem to be in your buildings visiting the Heart Center, Dr. Powell in the Senior Center, a lung doctor over there, etc. But for October and November I was in therapy at Salt Lake Orthopedic. This required more valet parking than usual. AND WHAT A CHANGE IN THE STAFF OF THE VALET PARKING!!!.
I asked a few questions and found that a “company” of valet parkers was now the norm. What a difference! The men are so pleasant, one is always there to give tickets or accept them, and usually with, “Thank you, Mr. Carter. We appreciate your visiting here.” Or something like that. I was thinking early on that the fellow actually remembered my name since I was there three or four times a week, but caught on tho the fact they write all parkers names on the tickets so of course they call customers by name. A couple of fellows actually write my name on the ticket without asking me for it.
Thanks for the availability of the valet service. Thanks for hiring such a great company to allow me a close-to-the-door car park.
